Understanding the needs of the community while simultaneously participating on boards vital to the success of the community has supported these outcomes. Economic development, governmental and non-profit leadership are where he has concentrated most of his efforts over the years.

As leaders, we need to support the communities that support us. Whether that be through providing critical volunteer support on the front lines or serving in the capacity as Board members, it is incumbent upon us as leaders to lift up those around us.
